L he team studies various Amazonian tropical diseases (leishmaniasis, Chagas disease, Amazonian toxoplasmosis, disseminated histoplasmosis, malaria, Mycobacterium ulcerans, etc.), all of which are linked to Amazonian ecosystems. The team is part of the LABEX CEBA. It was very favourably evaluated by the AERES in 2014.
