The aim of these visits was to provide support for school teachers and education advisers (CPEs).<\/p>\n<p>The challenge was twofold. On the one hand, to present the aims and objectives of the reform. Secondly, to explain the practical details of its application. The aim of this information phase was to ensure a clear and shared understanding of the changes underway.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of these visits was to encourage direct dialogue with pupils and educational teams. Exchange is an essential lever for ensuring that the reform is adopted gradually and effectively.<\/p>\n<h3>The establishments visited according to the provisional timetable<\/h3>\n<p>In accordance with the established schedule, several schools were visited between November and December 2025. The lyc\u00e9e F\u00e9lix \u00c9bou\u00e9 opened the tour on 21 November 2025.<\/p>\n<p>On 25 November 2025, the delegation visited the Lyc\u00e9es \u00c9lie Castor and Gaston Monnerville. The lyc\u00e9e Lama Pr\u00e9vot was then visited on 26 November 2025.<\/p>\n<p>In December, the trips continued with the Lyc\u00e9e L\u00e9opold Elfort on 9 December, the Lyc\u00e9e Lumina Sophie on 10 December, the Lyc\u00e9e Bert\u00e8ne Juminer on 12 December and finally the Lyc\u00e9e Balata on 15 December 2025.<\/p>\n<p>However, it was not possible to visit all the establishments initially scheduled. Despite this, territorial coverage remains satisfactory in relation to the objectives set.<\/p>\n<h3>Smooth running and controlled organisation<\/h3>\n<p>Travel conditions were satisfactory. There were no major logistical or organisational problems. Schedules were adhered to and operations were carried out on schedule.<\/p>\n<p>The management teams welcomed this approach. The educational staff were available and involved. This positive climate has encouraged constructive exchanges and open dialogue around the new educational reform.<\/p>\n<h3>Committed students attentive to the challenges of the reform<\/h3>\n<p>The presentations attracted a great deal of interest from the students concerned. Questions focused mainly on the reform of the teaching profession. The discussions provided an opportunity to clarify a number of points.<\/p>\n<p>In a number of schools, students in the second year of secondary school also attended the sessions. Their presence enriched the debates. They were particularly attentive and motivated.<\/p>\n<p>This active participation demonstrates a genuine interest in the educational issues addressed. It confirms the importance of informing future players in the education system at an early stage.<\/p>\n<h3>A generally positive assessment and prospects for action<\/h3>\n<p>The results of these visits to secondary schools are positive. The objectives set were achieved, both in terms of presenting the new education reform and the quality of the discussions held.<\/p>\n<p>These interventions have strengthened the institutional dialogue. They have made it possible to disseminate reliable information and support teams in understanding future developments.<\/p>\n<p>In the light of the feedback received, it would seem appropriate to consider an additional support and information initiative for educational teams. A second intervention could also be scheduled after Parcoursup or at the end of orientation week.<\/p>\n<p>This continuity will help consolidate the achievements of the first phase. It would guarantee that all staff and students would gradually take on board the reform in a harmonised way.<\/p>\n<p>The roadshows organised as part of the new education reform have provided an opportunity to inform, discuss and clarify the changes planned. The dialogue established with the teams and pupils is an essential lever for the success of this transformation. The presentations also aimed to explain how it will be implemented and to answer questions from pupils and educational teams.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Which establishments were affected?<\/strong><br \/>\nSeveral schools in the region were visited between November and December 2025. On the whole, the planned timetable was adhered to, despite the fact that a few schools were not visited.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How have educational teams responded to the reform?<\/strong><br \/>\nManagement teams and staff gave a favourable reception. The discussions were constructive and helped to clarify several key points of the reform.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Were the students actively involved?<\/strong><br \/>\nYes, the students showed a real interest. Some Year 10 students also attended the presentations and took an active part in the discussions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are the next steps?<\/strong><br \/>\nThere are plans to organise a new support phase.
