This project lays the foundations for its future Radio Campus.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of this initiative is to train students in media skills. It also aims to encourage their expression, their commitment and their ability to speak out in the public arena. In this way, Radio Campus Universit\u00e9 de Guyane is part of an educational, cultural and collective approach.<\/p>\n<p>The project also highlights the cultural, scientific and human wealth of French Guiana. It highlights a living, diverse territory that is open to its Amazonian and Caribbean environment.<\/p>\n<h3>An open, participatory student medium<\/h3>\n<p>The future Radio Campus is intended to become a participatory student medium. It will be open to the entire university community. It will also help to raise awareness of the talent, research, commitments and projects taking place in French Guiana.<\/p>\n<h3>Linking the Cayenne, Kourou and Saint-Laurent du Maroni campuses<\/h3>\n<p>The future Radio Campus will be deployed across the Cayenne, Kourou and Saint-Laurent du Maroni campuses. This will improve the flow of information between the various university sites.<\/p>\n<p>It will also encourage the sharing of experiences. Students and staff on the various campuses will be able to find out more about initiatives being carried out elsewhere in the region. This dynamic will help to create more links between the sites.<\/p>\n<p>Through this circulation of words and content, Campus Radio will help to strengthen the feeling of belonging to the same university community. It will help build a common space, despite the geographical distance between campuses.<\/p>\n<h3>A founding residence for sustainable media<\/h3>\n<p>This first residence is the founding act of the University of Guyana's future Campus Radio.
