L. 841-5. - I. - A contribution intended to encourage the reception and social, health, cultural and sporting support of students and to bolster the preventive and health education initiatives aimed at them is set up for the benefit of public higher education establishments, the establishments mentioned in articles L. 443-1 and L. 753-1 of this Code or article L. 1431-1 of the General Local Authorities Code providing initial higher education courses, private higher education establishments of general interest and the regional centres for university and school works.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"fws_65c17be472527\" class=\"wpb_row vc_row-fluid vc_row\" data-column-margin=\"default\" data-midnight=\"dark\">\n<div class=\"row-bg-wrap\" data-bg-animation=\"none\" data-bg-animation-delay=\"\" data-bg-overlay=\"false\">\n<div class=\"inner-wrap row-bg-layer\">\n<div class=\"row-bg viewport-desktop\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row_col_wrap_12 col span_12 dark left\">\n<div class=\"vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column column_container vc_column_container col no-extra-padding inherit_tablet inherit_phone\" data-padding-pos=\"all\" data-has-bg-color=\"false\" data-bg-color=\"\" data-bg-opacity=\"1\" data-animation=\"\" data-delay=\"0\">\n<div class=\"vc_column-inner\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div id=\"lipsum\">\n<h3><strong>In practice<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Before registering or re-registering at the university, you must log on to :\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20240206002256\/https:\/\/www.messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr\/\">https:\/\/www.messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Section -&gt; Student and Campus Life Contribution (available at the beginning of July 2018). If you already have an account (new baccalaureate holders, scholarship holders, etc.) please identify yourself, otherwise give your INE number and a provisional number will be allocated to you.<\/p>\n<p>OR on the website : \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20240206002256\/http:\/\/cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr\/\">http:\/\/cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr<br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Worth \u20ac90 in 2018-2019, this contribution only has to be paid once, even if you are enrolled at more than one school.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Further information is available at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20240206002256\/http:\/\/www.etudiant.gouv.fr\/cid130435\/vous-occuper-de-la-cvec-une-demarche-obligatoire-pour-vous-inscrire-dans-l-enseignement-superieur.html\">MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr<\/a>the digital portal for student life procedures and services.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What is the CVEC?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The CVEC helps to develop services that are useful in your daily life:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ug-list pine-list\">\n<li>For your health | Improving access to healthcare on campus and renewing the prevention policy.<\/li>\n<li>To promote social support<\/li>\n<li>To support your initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Developing sports on campus<\/li>\n<li>Bringing art and culture to life in higher education establishments<\/li>\n<li>To improve student reception<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Who needs to take this step?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>All students must visit the national site from 1 July and\u00a0<strong>before enrolling at the University<\/strong>to obtain a certificate. The certificate number is\u00a0<strong>must be entered on the online registration application.\u00a0<\/strong>The certificate must be presented on the day of registration by both exempt students and students liable for payment.\u00a0<strong>No registration will be finalised in the absence of a certificate.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Who is exempt?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"ug-list pine-list\">\n<li>CROUS grant holders on social criteria<\/li>\n<li>Refugee students<\/li>\n<li>Students benefiting from subsidiary protection<\/li>\n<li>Students registered as asylum seekers who have the right to remain in France<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Special cases<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"ug-list pine-list\">\n<li>If you are enrolled in\u00a0<strong>initial training through apprenticeships<\/strong>you must take the necessary steps.<\/li>\n<li>If you are enrolled in<strong>\u00a0CPGE<\/strong>\u00a0(Classe Pr\u00e9paratoire aux Grandes \u00c9coles) under agreement with the University, you must take the necessary steps for your enrolment at university. You can pay or be exempted depending on your situation.<\/li>\n<li>If you are enrolled in\u00a0<strong>continuing education\u00a0<\/strong>you are not concerned by this contribution. You don't have to do anything.<\/li>\n<li>If you are a student\u00a0<strong>hosted on international exchange<\/strong>If you live in France, you are not affected by this contribution.
