The case of Louis Pasteur, who is about to celebrate the bicentenary of his birth, lends itself perfectly to this analysis and its consequences for education and cultural mediation.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel RAICHVARG is an Emeritus University Professor specialising in Information and Communication Sciences. His research focuses on scientific and technical culture.
