Mediante la organizaci\u00f3n de una serie de encuentros sobre los retos del cambio clim\u00e1tico en la Amazonia, investigadores, estudiantes y socios internacionales se re\u00fanen para idear las soluciones del ma\u00f1ana. El objetivo es hacer de la investigaci\u00f3n universitaria un motor de acci\u00f3n para el planeta.<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t<h3>La Amazonia, en el centro de la COP 30<\/h3>\n<p>Celebrada del 10 al 21 de noviembre de 2025 en Bel\u00e9m, la COP 30 es una conferencia internacional de las Naciones Unidas dedicada a la lucha contra el cambio clim\u00e1tico. Esta edici\u00f3n es crucial para la Amazonia, un territorio a la vez muy vulnerable y faro de esperanza. Su biodiversidad \u00fanica, su vasta cubierta forestal y su riqueza en conocimientos tradicionales la convierten en un laboratorio al aire libre para desarrollar soluciones bioinspiradas.<\/p>\n<h3>La Universidad de la Guayana Francesa, motor de la cooperaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica en la Amazonia<\/h3>\n<p>En v\u00edsperas de la COP 30, la Universidad de Guayana Francesa, en colaboraci\u00f3n con el Centro Franco-Brasile\u00f1o para la Biodiversidad Amaz\u00f3nica (CFBBA), organiz\u00f3 una serie de conferencias con varias universidades asociadas de Brasil: UNIFAP, UFPA, UFOPA, UNICAMP y FIOCRUZ. Estos intercambios brindaron la oportunidad de compartir conocimientos acad\u00e9micos e ind\u00edgenas, al tiempo que se sensibilizaba a la sociedad civil sobre los impactos tangibles del cambio clim\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n<h3>Tres temas clave para la Amazon\u00eda del ma\u00f1ana<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Salud y clima: conocer las nuevas vulnerabilidades<\/strong><br \/>\nLos investigadores han destacado los efectos del cambio clim\u00e1tico en la salud:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>aumento de la propagaci\u00f3n de enfermedades transmitidas por vectores, como la enfermedad de Chagas,<\/li>\n<li>contaminaci\u00f3n por mercurio y patolog\u00edas asociadas,<\/li>\n<li>riesgos respiratorios relacionados con los hongos en el aire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Est\u00e1n surgiendo v\u00edas de actuaci\u00f3n: herramientas de vigilancia predictiva, biomonitorizaci\u00f3n epidemiol\u00f3gica e integraci\u00f3n de las medicinas tradicionales en los itinerarios asistenciales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Energ\u00eda sostenible y transici\u00f3n social<\/strong><br \/>\nEn la segunda conferencia, los debates se centraron en la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica y el acceso equitativo a la energ\u00eda.<br \/>\nSe presentaron proyectos inspiradores:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un modelo brasile\u00f1o que combina energ\u00eda solar y soberan\u00eda alimentaria,<\/li>\n<li>sistemas fotovoltaicos descentralizados,<\/li>\n<li>iniciativas locales para lograr la autosuficiencia energ\u00e9tica de los pueblos ind\u00edgenas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CEAMAZON tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 sus soluciones para mejorar la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica en toda la regi\u00f3n amaz\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>H\u00e1bitat y ecoconstrucci\u00f3n en medios tropicales<\/strong><br \/>\nLa \u00faltima reuni\u00f3n explor\u00f3 las innovaciones en ecoconstrucci\u00f3n: materiales de origen biol\u00f3gico, aprovechamiento de los subproductos locales de la madera, reducci\u00f3n de la huella de carbono y confort t\u00e9rmico en climas h\u00famedos. Los estudios sobre las islas urbanas de calor en Cayena y Saint-Laurent pusieron de manifiesto la necesidad de un desarrollo urbano m\u00e1s sostenible. Los h\u00e1bitats tradicionales de las comunidades kali'na y criolla, basados en la ligereza y la resistencia, inspiran los modelos de vivienda del ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n<h3>La investigaci\u00f3n universitaria, palanca de soluciones clim\u00e1ticas<\/h3>\n<p>Estos intercambios demuestran que la interdisciplinariedad, la cooperaci\u00f3n internacional y la transmisi\u00f3n de conocimientos son esenciales para hacer frente a la crisis clim\u00e1tica. Investigadores de la Universidad de Guayana trabajan en proyectos que combinan inteligencia artificial, tecnolog\u00edas medioambientales, datos satelitales e innovaciones sociales, lo que confirma el papel central de la investigaci\u00f3n en la lucha contra el cambio clim\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n<p>La COP 30 Amazonia marca un punto de inflexi\u00f3n.
