Forma parte de un di\u00e1logo entre la universidad y un actor privado del sector espacial. El objetivo de este encuentro es aunar formaci\u00f3n y empleo.<\/p>\n<p>El Presidente de la Universidad de Guyana, Laurent Linguet, dio la bienvenida a una delegaci\u00f3n de PLD Space. Varios responsables de la universidad estaban presentes. Juntos, debatieron sobre las necesidades de competencias y las expectativas de los estudiantes.<\/p>\n<h3>Un proyecto sostenible en la Guayana Francesa<\/h3>\n<p>En la reuni\u00f3n de UG PLD Space, la empresa present\u00f3 sus planes para una presencia sostenible en la Guayana Francesa. Prev\u00e9 desarrollar sus actividades desde el emplazamiento de Kourou. El objetivo declarado es alcanzar veinte lanzamientos de sat\u00e9lites al a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Este proyecto responde a importantes retos econ\u00f3micos. Adem\u00e1s, refuerza la industria espacial local. Tambi\u00e9n contribuir\u00e1 al atractivo a largo plazo de la Guayana Francesa.<\/p>\n<h3>Oportunidades concretas para los estudiantes<\/h3>\n<p>La reuni\u00f3n del Espacio UG PLD ha abierto perspectivas concretas a los estudiantes. Se trata de los cursos de Redes y Telecomunicaciones, GEII y Energ\u00eda. Tambi\u00e9n se trata del futuro m\u00e1ster en IA y Ciberseguridad.<\/p>\n<p>PLD Space desea acoger a estudiantes en pr\u00e1cticas y en alternancia. Tras la formaci\u00f3n, se prev\u00e9 la contrataci\u00f3n. De este modo, la empresa fomenta el empleo local.<\/p>\n<h3>Un firme compromiso con el empleo local<\/h3>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s del PLD Space Meeting de la UG, la empresa afirma su compromiso de integrar a j\u00f3venes licenciados guyaneses. Quiere aprovechar las competencias formadas localmente. Este planteamiento limita la fuga de cerebros.<\/p>\n<p>El Espacio PLD tambi\u00e9n participar\u00e1 en foros de empleo y encuentros profesionales. Estas iniciativas facilitar\u00e1n los intercambios directos con los estudiantes.<\/p>\n<h3>Hacia una asociaci\u00f3n estructurada<\/h3>\n<p>La reuni\u00f3n del Espacio UG PLD concluy\u00f3 con la firma simb\u00f3lica de un proyecto de acuerdo. Este paso marca una voluntad compartida de estructurar la colaboraci\u00f3n. Prepara el camino para una asociaci\u00f3n duradera.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, este acuerdo allanar\u00e1 el camino para la cooperaci\u00f3n en materia de formaci\u00f3n y empleo. Beneficiar\u00e1 directamente a los estudiantes de la Universidad de Guyana.<\/p>\n<p>El Encuentro Espacial UG PLD representa un gran paso adelante para la Universidad de Guyana. Crea oportunidades concretas en el sector espacial, directamente relacionadas con la formaci\u00f3n y el empleo.
