El objetivo de estas visitas era prestar apoyo a los profesores de los liceos y a los asesores educativos (CPE).<\/p>\n<p>El reto era doble. Por un lado, presentar los fines y objetivos de la reforma. Por otro, explicar los detalles pr\u00e1cticos de su aplicaci\u00f3n. El objetivo de esta fase de informaci\u00f3n era garantizar una comprensi\u00f3n clara y compartida de los cambios en curso.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo de estas visitas era fomentar el di\u00e1logo directo con los alumnos y los equipos educativos. Este intercambio es una palanca esencial para garantizar la adopci\u00f3n progresiva y eficaz de la reforma.<\/p>\n<h3>Los establecimientos visitados seg\u00fan el calendario provisional<\/h3>\n<p>De acuerdo con el calendario establecido, se visitaron varios centros escolares entre noviembre y diciembre de 2025. El liceo F\u00e9lix \u00c9bou\u00e9 abri\u00f3 la visita el 21 de noviembre de 2025.<\/p>\n<p>El 25 de noviembre de 2025, la delegaci\u00f3n visit\u00f3 los liceos \u00c9lie Castor y Gaston Monnerville. A continuaci\u00f3n, el 26 de noviembre de 2025, se visit\u00f3 el liceo Lama Pr\u00e9vot.<\/p>\n<p>En diciembre, los viajes continuaron con el Lyc\u00e9e L\u00e9opold Elfort el 9 de diciembre, el Lyc\u00e9e Lumina Sophie el 10 de diciembre, el Lyc\u00e9e Bert\u00e8ne Juminer el 12 de diciembre y, por \u00faltimo, el Lyc\u00e9e Balata el 15 de diciembre de 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, no fue posible visitar todos los establecimientos previstos inicialmente. A pesar de ello, la cobertura territorial sigue siendo satisfactoria en relaci\u00f3n con los objetivos fijados.<\/p>\n<h3>Organizaci\u00f3n fluida y controlada<\/h3>\n<p>Las condiciones de viaje fueron satisfactorias. No hubo problemas log\u00edsticos ni organizativos importantes. Se respetaron los calendarios y las operaciones se llevaron a cabo seg\u00fan lo previsto.<\/p>\n<p>Los equipos directivos acogieron favorablemente este enfoque. El personal educativo se mostr\u00f3 disponible e implicado. Este clima positivo ha favorecido los intercambios constructivos y el di\u00e1logo abierto en torno a la nueva reforma educativa.<\/p>\n<h3>Estudiantes comprometidos y atentos a los retos de la reforma<\/h3>\n<p>Las presentaciones despertaron un gran inter\u00e9s entre los estudiantes. Las preguntas se centraron principalmente en la reforma de la profesi\u00f3n docente. Los debates permitieron aclarar algunos puntos.<\/p>\n<p>En varios centros, los alumnos de segundo de bachillerato tambi\u00e9n asistieron a las sesiones. Su presencia enriqueci\u00f3 los debates. Se mostraron especialmente atentos y motivados.<\/p>\n<p>Esta participaci\u00f3n activa demuestra un verdadero inter\u00e9s por las cuestiones educativas abordadas. Confirma la importancia de informar desde el principio a los futuros agentes del sistema educativo.<\/p>\n<h3>Una evaluaci\u00f3n generalmente positiva y perspectivas de actuaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>Los resultados de estas visitas a los centros de ense\u00f1anza secundaria son positivos. Se han alcanzado los objetivos fijados, tanto en lo que se refiere a la presentaci\u00f3n de la nueva reforma educativa como a la calidad de los debates mantenidos.<\/p>\n<p>Estas intervenciones han reforzado el di\u00e1logo institucional. Han permitido difundir informaci\u00f3n fiable y ayudar a los equipos a comprender la evoluci\u00f3n futura.<\/p>\n<p>A la luz de los comentarios recibidos, parece oportuno plantearse una iniciativa adicional de apoyo e informaci\u00f3n a los equipos educativos. Tambi\u00e9n podr\u00eda programarse una segunda intervenci\u00f3n despu\u00e9s del Parcoursup o al final de la semana de orientaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Esta continuidad contribuir\u00e1 a consolidar los logros de la primera fase. Garantizar\u00e1 que todo el personal y los estudiantes asuman gradualmente la reforma de forma armonizada.<\/p>\n<p>Los roadshows organizados en el marco de la nueva reforma educativa han permitido informar, debatir y clarificar los cambios previstos. El di\u00e1logo establecido con los equipos y los alumnos es una palanca esencial para el \u00e9xito de esta transformaci\u00f3n. Las presentaciones tambi\u00e9n pretend\u00edan explicar c\u00f3mo se aplicar\u00e1 y responder a las preguntas de los alumnos y los equipos educativos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 establecimientos se han visto afectados?<\/strong><br \/>\nEntre noviembre y diciembre de 2025 se visitaron varias escuelas de la regi\u00f3n. En general, se respet\u00f3 el calendario previsto, pese a que no se visitaron algunas escuelas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo han respondido los equipos educativos a la reforma?<\/strong><br \/>\nLos equipos directivos y el personal dieron una acogida favorable. Los debates fueron constructivos y contribuyeron a aclarar varios puntos clave de la reforma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfParticiparon activamente los estudiantes?<\/strong><br \/>\nS\u00ed, los alumnos mostraron un verdadero inter\u00e9s. Algunos alumnos de 10\u00ba curso tambi\u00e9n asistieron a las presentaciones y participaron activamente en los debates.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los pr\u00f3ximos pasos?<\/strong><br \/>\nEst\u00e1 previsto organizar una nueva fase de apoyo. Una segunda visita tras el Parcoursup o la semana de orientaci\u00f3n consolidar\u00eda la informaci\u00f3n facilitada.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\t\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>
