Durante este periodo, es importante tomarse tiempo para uno mismo, para hacer actividades que nos gusten, que nos hagan sentir bien, que nos relajen y nos recarguen las pilas. Por eso SUMPPS ofrece a los estudiantes una semana para reflexionar, descubrir, relajarse y, sobre todo, aprender a cuidarse.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div id=\"lipsum\">\n<h3><strong>Talleres para todos los gustos<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Taller de Tai chi<br \/>\n<\/strong>Derivado de las artes marciales, el tai chi es una disciplina f\u00edsica que forma parte de la medicina tradicional china. Se trata de una gimnasia energ\u00e9tica global que consiste en realizar movimientos circulares continuos, lentos y precisos en un orden preestablecido. Ayuda a tomar conciencia de uno mismo a trav\u00e9s de un enfoque interior, y a reenergizarse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Taller de shiatsu y do-in<br \/>\n<\/strong>El shiatsu y el DO-in son t\u00e9cnicas de masaje y automasaje. Estos masajes ayudan a controlar el estr\u00e9s y restablecer la energ\u00eda. Son artes \"de salud\" asi\u00e1ticas que hunden sus ra\u00edces en la medicina tradicional china.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Taller de reflexolog\u00eda<br \/>\n<\/strong>La reflexolog\u00eda es una t\u00e9cnica manual que libera las facultades autorreguladoras y autocurativas del cuerpo en los pies, las manos o la cara. Cada zona refleja corresponde a un \u00f3rgano, gl\u00e1ndula o parte del cuerpo. Aplicando una presi\u00f3n r\u00edtmica en estas zonas, es posible localizar la tensi\u00f3n y restablecer el equilibrio en las partes correspondientes del cuerpo. Esta pr\u00e1ctica puede aliviar la tensi\u00f3n, el estr\u00e9s y muchas otras dolencias (dolor de espalda, dolores de cabeza, problemas intestinales, etc.).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yoga nidra<br \/>\n<\/strong>Este taller incluye yoga:<br \/>\nPr\u00e1cticas sencillas sobre la conciencia de la respiraci\u00f3n. Posturas espec\u00edficas de yoga beneficiosas para la concentraci\u00f3n. Duo yoga y t\u00e9cnicas de relajaci\u00f3n, algunas de las cuales permiten que el cuerpo se duerma mientras la mente permanece despierta en la inmovilidad (es el yoga del sue\u00f1o), muy beneficioso en la lucha contra el estr\u00e9s, la falta de confianza en uno mismo y el insomnio.
