In samenwerking met het Rectorat de la Guyane en de Universit\u00e9 de Guyane zijn deze opleidingen bedoeld om de toekomstige spelers in het onderwijssysteem ter plaatse op te leiden: schoolleraren en Conseillers Principaux d'\u00c9ducation (CPE).<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"896\" data-end=\"955\">Een duaal pad aangepast aan de lokale realiteit<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"957\" data-end=\"1257\">De DU Professeur des Ecoles (DU PE) en de DU Conseiller Principal d'Education (DU CPE), gelanceerd voor de vergelijkende toelatingsexamens van 2026, maken deel uit van de nationale hervorming van de lerarenopleiding. Deze beroepsgerichte universitaire opleidingen hebben een drieledig doel:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1259\" data-end=\"1640\">\n<li data-start=\"1259\" data-end=\"1349\">\n<p data-start=\"1261\" data-end=\"1349\">Kandidaten helpen om te slagen voor de schriftelijke en mondelinge examens; ;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1350\" data-end=\"1501\">\n<p data-start=\"1352\" data-end=\"1501\">Bied hoogwaardige onderwijsondersteuning, geleverd door docent-onderzoekers, velddocenten en onderwijsprofessionals; ;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"1640\">\n<p data-start=\"1504\" data-end=\"1640\">Vakspecifieke, didactische en institutionele vaardigheden versterken in een lokale context met specifieke onderwijsuitdagingen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1642\" data-end=\"2010\">Deze cursussen zijn gericht op Licentie 3 studenten, Bac+3 afgestudeerden, maar ook op onderwijsassistenten, contractmedewerkers en volwassenen in omscholing. De flexibiliteit van de cursussen maakt een geleidelijke opbouw van vaardigheden mogelijk, met individuele begeleiding, proefexamens, proefexamens en een sterke link met de beroepspraktijk.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2012\" data-end=\"2056\"><strong data-start=\"2016\" data-end=\"2056\">Focus op de DU voor leerkrachten van scholen<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2058\" data-end=\"2458\">De DU PE bereidt studenten voor op het vergelijkend examen voor schoolleraren (Concours de Recrutement de Professeurs des \u00c9coles - CRPE). De 120 uur durende cursus loopt van september 2025 tot april 2026 op donderdagmiddag. De cursus behandelt de examenvakken (Frans, wiskunde, natuurwetenschappen, geschiedenis-geografie, kunst, moderne talen) en omvat twee mondelinge modules ter voorbereiding op de toelatingstoetsen.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2460\" data-end=\"2806\">Het programma omvat ook belangrijke thema's zoals secularisme, gelijkheid tussen meisjes en jongens, milieuonderwijs en de analyse van onderwijsreeksen. Het is een echte springplank naar de M2E (Teaching and Education Professions) Master, voor degenen die verder willen studeren, met of zonder succes in het vergelijkend examen.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2808\" data-end=\"2863\"><strong data-start=\"2812\" data-end=\"2863\">Focus op de DU hoofdadviseur onderwijs<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2865\" data-end=\"3286\">De DU CPE is ontworpen om studenten voor te bereiden op het vergelijkend examen voor Principal Education Advisers, een cruciale functie in het leiden van scholen. De 170 uur durende cursus omvat theorie (schoolwetgeving, onderwijssociologie, schoolfilosofie) en een aantal praktische workshops: interviews, debatten, presentaties en mondelinge simulaties.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3288\" data-end=\"3611\">Het richt zich op de taken van het CPE, de verantwoordelijkheden die samenhangen met het schoolleven, het management van onderwijsteams en het voorkomen van ongelijkheid. Het doel is om professionals op te leiden die in staat zijn om te zorgen voor een schoolklimaat dat bevorderlijk is voor het leren en om samen te werken met de hele onderwijsgemeenschap.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3613\" data-end=\"3658\"><strong data-start=\"3617\" data-end=\"3658\">Tijdschema en registratiegegevens<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3660\" data-end=\"3821\">\n<li data-start=\"3660\" data-end=\"3712\">\n<p data-start=\"3662\" data-end=\"3712\">Inschrijvingen open vanaf 27 augustus 2025<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3713\" data-end=\"3764\">\n<p data-start=\"3715\" data-end=\"3764\">Het nieuwe schooljaar begint op donderdag 4 september 2025 om 14.00 uur.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3765\" data-end=\"3821\">\n<p data-start=\"3767\" data-end=\"3821\">De cursussen lopen tot april 2026.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3823\" data-end=\"4016\">Alle cursussen worden gegeven op de website van de Universit\u00e9 de Guyane, met toegang tot digitale bronnen via Moodle, discussieforums en mondelinge opnames (afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid).<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"4018\" data-end=\"4075\">Een verbintenis met de educatieve toekomst van Frans Guyana<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4077\" data-end=\"4429\">Door te kiezen voor een lokale opleiding aan het INSPE in Frans Guyana, maken kandidaten deel uit van een sterke lokale dynamiek.
