Dit evenement vond plaats op het terras van het universiteitsrestaurant, in een gezellige en dynamische sfeer.<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t<p>Bijna 40 deelnemers namen deel aan dit evenement, verdeeld over acht teams. Gedurende de hele ochtend streden ze op een speelse manier tegen elkaar op vijf samenwerkingsparcoursen, ontworpen rond sterke thema's zoals samenwerking, communicatie, stressbeheersing, kennisdeling en het benutten van talenten. Elke activiteit was gebaseerd op een gemeenschappelijk format dat speeltijd, collectieve uitdagingen en debriefing combineerde, waardoor reflectie en uitwisseling tussen de deelnemers werd bevorderd.<\/p>\n<p>Dit eerste evenement zorgde voor een echt moment van samenhorigheid, buiten het gebruikelijke kader van de opleiding. De deelnemers waren bijzonder betrokken, solidair en enthousiast, wat de hele ochtend voor een vrolijke sfeer zorgde. Na afloop van de proeven kwam \u00e9\u00e9n team als winnaar uit de bus met het hoogste aantal punten en werd beloond met goodies, die tijdens de afsluiting werden uitgereikt.<br \/>\nDe reacties van de stagiairs waren zeer positief. Ze prezen de kwaliteit van de organisatie, de originaliteit van de aangeboden spellen en de mogelijkheid om een gezellig moment met andere cursisten te delen. Deze eerste editie is een belangrijke mijlpaal voor de DFPU, die innovatieve formats wil ontwikkelen die de betrokkenheid en samenhang van het publiek van permanente educatie bevorderen.<\/p>\n<p>Een soortgelijke editie staat gepland op 10 januari op de locatie Saint-Laurent-du-Maroni, met het oog op een evenwichtige spreiding over de twee opleidingslocaties van de Universiteit van
