Dit initiatief beantwoordt aan de groeiende vraag op het gebied van lichamelijke opvoeding en sport en biedt studenten een opleiding die zich richt op het lesgeven in fysieke, sportieve en expressieve activiteiten in verschillende educatieve contexten.<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t<article id=\"post-16581\" class=\"post-16581 post type-post status-publish format-standard has-post-thumbnail category-news-formation\">\n<div class=\"inner-wrap\">\n<div class=\"post-content\" data-hide-featured-media=\"0\">\n<div class=\"content-inner\">\n<div id=\"fws_65d51c754e4e4\" class=\"wpb_row vc_row-fluid vc_row\" data-column-margin=\"default\" data-midnight=\"dark\">\n<div class=\"row_col_wrap_12 col span_12 dark left\">\n<div class=\"vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column column_container vc_column_container col no-extra-padding inherit_tablet inherit_phone\" data-padding-pos=\"all\" data-has-bg-color=\"false\" data-bg-color=\"\" data-bg-opacity=\"1\" data-animation=\"\" data-delay=\"0\">\n<div class=\"vc_column-inner\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div id=\"lipsum\">\n<span class=\"nectar-dropcap\" >C <\/span>Deze graad, ontwikkeld in nauwe samenwerking met de Rectorat en het Collectivit\u00e9 Territoriale de Guyane, weerspiegelt de sterke betrokkenheid van de universiteit bij onderwijs, volksgezondheid en lokale ontwikkeling. Het heeft als doel om toekomstige afgestudeerden uit te rusten met de vaardigheden die ze nodig hebben om uit te blinken in de beroepen van training, coaching en fysieke en mentale voorbereiding.<\/p>\n<h3>Veelzijdige training<\/h3>\n<p>De nieuwe STAPS-graad onderscheidt zich door zijn multifunctionele ori\u00ebntatie, die studenten voorbereidt op een directe carri\u00e8re en tegelijkertijd perspectieven biedt voor vervolgstudies. Afgestudeerden kunnen verder studeren voor een Master in Onderwijzen, Onderwijs en Training (MEEF) of een Master in STAPS, waardoor hun professionele horizon aanzienlijk verbreed wordt.<\/p>\n<p>Dankzij de steun van het Collectivit\u00e9 Territoriale de Guyane en de stad Cayenne worden faciliteiten op minder dan 1 km van de Universit\u00e9 de Guyane beschikbaar gesteld voor studenten. Deze nabijheid zal de toegang tot de faciliteiten die nodig zijn voor hun opleiding vergemakkelijken.<\/p>\n<h3>Training die nodig is om aan de behoeften van de regio te voldoen<\/h3>\n<p>De eerste prognoses gaan uit van een instroom van ongeveer veertig studenten voor het eerste jaar (L1) van deze cursus, vanwege de groeiende vraag naar STAPS-studies in het algemeen. Voor de volgende jaren wordt het aantal studenten geschat op 30 voor Licentie 2 (L2) en 28 voor Licentie 3 (L3).<\/p>\n<p>De creatie van dit STAPS-diploma is ook een belangrijke kans voor jongeren in de regio om hoger onderwijs te volgen zonder naar Guadeloupe (1600 km) of Frankrijk (7500 km) te hoeven reizen. Tussen 2018 en 2023 kozen 252 laatstejaarsstudenten in Guyana voor deze route, volgens gegevens van Parcours sup Guyane.<\/p>\n<p>Het STAPS-diploma biedt essenti\u00eble vaardigheden om te voldoen aan de behoeften van de Acad\u00e9mie op het gebied van lesgeven in lichamelijke opvoeding en sport (EPS). Op dit moment zijn er bijna 80 vacatures voor gymnastiekleraren in de Academie, wat het lesgeven in deze discipline in coll\u00e8ges en lycea belemmert. Het bachelordiploma biedt de mogelijkheid om deze leemtes op te vullen door gekwalificeerde professionals op te leiden en zo bij te dragen aan de versterking van het onderwijs in de regio.<\/p>\n<p>De opening van de STAPS-opleiding aan de Universiteit van Guyana is daarom een belangrijke stap in de versterking van de lichamelijke opvoeding en sport in de regio, die studenten educatieve en professionele mogelijkheden biedt en tegelijkertijd bijdraagt aan de lokale
