{"id":8557,"date":"2023-04-06T09:31:02","date_gmt":"2023-04-06T12:31:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.univ-guyane.fr\/?p=8557"},"modified":"2024-06-18T09:35:27","modified_gmt":"2024-06-18T12:35:27","slug":"recrutement-dassistants-deducation-en-pre-professionnalisation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.univ-guyane.fr\/nl\/2023\/04\/06\/recrutement-dassistants-deducation-en-pre-professionnalisation\/","title":{"rendered":"Aanwerving van assistenten voor pre-professioneel onderwijs"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fws_69f194f8020e6\"  data-column-margin=\"default\" data-midnight=\"dark\"  class=\"wpb_row vc_row-fluid vc_row\"  style=\"padding-top: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; \"><div class=\"row-bg-wrap\" data-bg-animation=\"none\" data-bg-animation-delay=\"\" data-bg-overlay=\"false\"><div class=\"inner-wrap row-bg-layer\" ><div class=\"row-bg viewport-desktop\"  style=\"\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"row_col_wrap_12 col span_12 dark left\">\n\t<div  class=\"vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column column_container vc_column_container col no-extra-padding inherit_tablet inherit_phone\"  data-padding-pos=\"all\" data-has-bg-color=\"false\" data-bg-color=\"\" data-bg-opacity=\"1\" data-animation=\"\" data-delay=\"0\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"vc_column-inner\" >\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element  chapo\" >\n\t<h2>De Rectorat de Guyane biedt, in samenwerking met de Universit\u00e9 de Guyane, studenten die in september 2023 beginnen aan het tweede jaar van hun bachelordiploma en die van plan zijn om leraar te worden, de mogelijkheid om zich in te schrijven voor een programma waarmee ze een universitaire opleiding kunnen combineren met een praktijkopleiding op een basisschool of middelbare school.<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<span class=\"nectar-dropcap\" >L <\/span>e dienst van een assistent voor pre-professioneel onderwijs (AED) is 8 uur per week (6 uur per week in de school + 2 uur voorbereiding op het universitair diploma (D.U) \"onderwijsberoepen\") gedurende het hele schooljaar. De tijd die in de scholen wordt doorgebracht, wordt aangepast zodat studenten hun universitaire studie kunnen combineren met hun AED-contract. De aangeworven studenten worden op het terrein begeleid door een mentor, die hen begeleidt terwijl ze geleidelijk hun onderwijstaken opnemen, en op de universiteit door een mentor, die verantwoordelijk is voor het goede verloop van het programma en er in het bijzonder op toeziet dat de universitaire opleiding goed wordt gecombineerd met de tijd die in de scholen wordt doorgebracht.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h3>De taken toevertrouwd aan de aangeworven studenten<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>In L2: observaties, af en toe hulp bij reeksen, deelname aan huiswerkbegeleiding, enz.<\/li>\n<li>In L3: deelname aan persoonlijke ondersteuning, af en toe hulp bij lesreeksen onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de klassenleraar, deelname aan huiswerkbegeleiding, enz.<\/li>\n<li>In M1 MEEF: de student krijgt een gedeeltelijke verantwoordelijkheid voor het geven van onderwijsreeksen, in het bijzonder als vervanging voor docenten in de school.<\/li>\n<li>In M2 MEEF: de leerling heeft de volledige verantwoordelijkheid en heeft de leiding over een klas gedurende 6 uur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Voorwaarden<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bewijs van inschrijving in L2 aan het begin van het academisch jaar 2023-2024 aan de Universiteit van Guyana<\/li>\n<li>60 ECTS-studiepunten hebben behaald als onderdeel van een bachelordiploma\u00a0<em>(aangezien de vereiste om studiepunten te verwerven wordt beoordeeld op het moment dat het pre-professionaliseringscontract van kracht wordt, kunnen bij de wervingsfasen dus studenten betrokken zijn die bezig zijn met het verwerven van studiepunten waarmee ze de drempel van 60 ECTS-studiepunten kunnen halen).<\/em><\/li>\n<li>De oproep staat open voor alle studenten, met of zonder beurs. De contracten voor pre-professionele opleidingen hebben een looptijd van drie jaar (met de mogelijkheid om het contract met nog een jaar te verlengen, mits goedkeuring van de commissie, tot M2).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De sollicitatie wordt onderzocht door een gezamenlijke onderwijscommissie van de universiteit en het rectoraat, die een advies uitbrengt over de motivatie en geschiktheid. Vervolgens wordt beoordeeld of de aanvraag in aanmerking komt voor een arbeidsovereenkomst. Zodra de aanvraag is gevalideerd, ontvangt de student een pre-professionaliseringscontract en wordt hij of zij ondergebracht in een 1<sup>er<\/sup>\u00a0of 2<sup>en<\/sup>\u00a0graad. Het contract gaat in op 1 september 2023. Deze aanstelling bij een school of hogeschool verandert niets aan de manier waarop kennis wordt getest om het diploma te valideren, noch aan de verplichting om lessen bij te wonen. De arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn verenigbaar met de universitaire opleiding en AED's volgen hun hele opleiding aan de universiteit met een strikte verplichting om alle colleges, tutorials en praktisch werk bij te wonen.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ug_container-yellow\"><strong>Wat je moet weten:<\/strong> je kunt niet kiezen waar je geplaatst wordt, omdat de scholen niet altijd dicht bij je woonplaats liggen.<\/div>\n<h3><strong>Beloning (netto maandsalaris)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>L2: \u20ac1,100<\/li>\n<li>L3: \u20ac1,400<\/li>\n<li>M1: \u20ac1,440<\/li>\n<li>M2: \u20ac1,440<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"ug_container-red\"><strong>Deze vergoeding kan worden gecombineerd met een studiebeurs op basis van sociale criteria<\/strong><\/div>\n<h3><strong>Speciale gevallen<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Aanwerving voor het pre-professionaliseringsprogramma van AED staat niet open voor studenten die beginnen (of al zitten) in L3 en M1.<\/li>\n<li>Internationale studenten: er is geen nationaliteitsvereiste om aangenomen te worden als arbeidscontractant. Studenten van buiten de Europese Unie moeten echter in het bezit zijn van een verblijfsvergunning die hen toestaat om in Frankrijk te werken of een verblijfsvergunning voor studenten (in overeenstemming met decreet nr. 86-83 van 17 januari 1986 over de algemene bepalingen die van toepassing zijn op niet-bezoldigde werknemers van de staat, genomen voor de toepassing van artikel 7 van wet nr. 84-16 van 11 januari 1984 over de wettelijke bepalingen met betrekking tot het ambtenarenapparaat van de staat).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Elektronische aanvragen indienen<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Alle aanvragers van de regeling moeten een elektronisch bestand aanmaken op het\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20230720173328\/http:\/\/ecandidat.univ-guyane.fr\/ecandidat\/#!accueilView\">E-kandidaat<\/a>.
