In deze periode is het belangrijk om tijd voor jezelf te nemen, om activiteiten te doen die je leuk vindt, die je een goed gevoel geven, die je ontspannen en nieuwe energie geven. Daarom biedt SUMPPS studenten een week om na te denken, te ontdekken, te ontspannen en vooral te leren hoe ze voor zichzelf kunnen zorgen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div id=\"lipsum\">\n<h3><strong>Workshops naar ieders smaak<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Tai chi workshop<br \/>\n<\/strong>Tai Chi is afgeleid van de krijgskunst en is een fysieke discipline die deel uitmaakt van de traditionele Chinese geneeskunde. Het is een allesomvattende vorm van energetische gymnastiek met voortdurende, cirkelvormige bewegingen die langzaam en nauwkeurig in een vooraf bepaalde volgorde worden uitgevoerd. Het helpt je om je meer bewust te worden van jezelf via een innerlijke benadering en om nieuwe energie op te doen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shiatsu en doe-workshop<br \/>\n<\/strong>Shiatsu en DO-in zijn massage- en zelfmassagetechnieken. Deze massages helpen om stress te beheersen en energie te herstellen. Dit zijn Aziatische 'gezondheidskunsten' die hun wortels hebben in de traditionele Chinese geneeskunde.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reflexologie workshop<br \/>\n<\/strong>Reflexologie is een manuele techniek die de zelfregulerende en zelfhelende vermogens van het lichaam op de voeten, handen of het gezicht vrijmaakt. Elke reflexzone komt overeen met een orgaan, klier of deel van het lichaam. Door ritmische druk uit te oefenen op deze zones, is het mogelijk om spanning te lokaliseren en het evenwicht te herstellen in de corresponderende delen van het lichaam. Deze praktijk kan spanning, stress en vele andere kwalen verlichten (rugpijn, hoofdpijn, darmproblemen, enz.).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yoga nidra<br \/>\n<\/strong>Deze workshop is inclusief yoga:<br \/>\nEenvoudige oefeningen op het gebied van adembewustzijn. Specifieke yogahoudingen die de concentratie bevorderen. Duo-yoga en ontspanningstechnieken, waarvan sommige het lichaam in slaap laten vallen terwijl de geest wakker blijft in onbeweeglijkheid (dit is slaapyoga), wat zeer heilzaam is in de strijd tegen stress, gebrek aan zelfvertrouwen en slapeloosheid.
