Dit zal studenten in staat stellen om geleidelijk het beroep van leraar te betreden, met de juiste ondersteuning en verantwoordelijkheid.<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t<h1>CAMPAGNE NR. 2<\/h1>\n<h3>Wat is pre-professionalisering?<\/h3>\n<p>Dit programma staat open voor studenten die leraar willen worden of in het onderwijs willen werken. Dit contract van 3 jaar (L2, L3, M1) combineert een\u00a0<strong>universitaire opleidingscyclus<\/strong>\u00a0met een\u00a0<strong>praktijkopleiding<\/strong>\u00a0in een middelbare school of onderwijsinstelling. De tijd die in de klas wordt doorgebracht is progressief. Om ervoor te zorgen dat de uitvoering van deze taken verenigbaar blijft met individueel succes, is de werktijd in de school of instelling beperkt tot<strong>\u00a08 uur per week\u00a0<em>(inclusief 2 uur ter voorbereiding op een DU)<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De taken toevertrouwd aan de aangeworven studenten<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ug-list\">\n<li><strong>In L2: observaties<\/strong>Deze omvatten bijvoorbeeld het gebruik van het programma \"Devoirs faits\" (huiswerk gemaakt), incidentele hulp bij reeksen en deelname aan huiswerkbegeleiding.<\/li>\n<li><strong>In L3 :<\/strong>\u00a0deelname aan gepersonaliseerde ondersteuning, incidentele hulp bij lesreeksen die onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de leerkracht vallen, deelname aan huiswerkbegeleiding, enz.<\/li>\n<li><strong>In M1 MEEF:\u00a0<\/strong>de student krijgt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor onderwijsreeksen, met name voor de vervanging van docenten in de school of vestiging<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Wervingscampagne in de Acad\u00e9mie<\/h3>\n<p>Voor de start van het academisch jaar 2019 werft de onderwijsautoriteit van Frans Guyana L2-studenten aan die het beroep van leraar willen gaan uitoefenen:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ug-list\">\n<li>1<sup>er<\/sup>\u00a0diploma (leraar)<\/li>\n<li>2<sup>en<\/sup>\u00a0graad (in menswetenschappen en wiskunde)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Studenten worden aangeworven als onderwijsassistenten (arbeidsovereenkomst van publiek recht) om 6 uur per week te werken in een middelbare staatsschool of -college in de Acad\u00e9mie.\u00a0<em>(+ 2 uur voorbereiding op het DU-onderwijsdiploma)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Het doel van de arbeidsovereenkomst is :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ug-list\">\n<li>kan met 3 jaar worden verlengd op voorwaarde dat de student in het tweede jaar is ingeschreven in L3 en in het derde jaar in M1 MEEF.<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0jaar ;<\/li>\n<li>deel uitmaken van de pre-professionaliseringsprogramma's die in de bacheloropleidingen worden aangeboden en, afhankelijk van de bacheloropleiding, kunnen leiden tot de toekenning van ECTS-studiepunten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Status<\/h3>\n<p>De onderwijsautoriteiten werven studenten voor dit programma in samenwerking met de Universiteit van Guyana. Deze partnerschappen maken het mogelijk om de trainingstijden aan te passen zodat studenten met een pre-professionalisatiecontract hun taken op scholen of instellingen kunnen uitvoeren.
