Les coordinateurs du personnel sont des gestionnaires autonomes, charg\u00e9s de coordonner la gestion op\u00e9rationnelle des salari\u00e9s. L\u2019\u00e9volution rapide des r\u00e9glementations (dialogue social, formation, type de contrat de travail, heures suppl\u00e9mentaires\u2026) et la gestion plus individualis\u00e9e des salari\u00e9s complexifient les d\u00e9marches administratives n\u00e9cessitant des techniciens sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans la gestion r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de tous ces aspects (depuis la r\u00e9daction du contrat de travail jusqu\u2019au solde de tout compte en passant par l\u2019\u00e9tablissement des bulletins de paie, la gestion des temps de travail et le suivi des dossiers du personnel). Ces coordinateurs du personnel assurent l\u2019interface entre la direction, l\u2019encadrement interm\u00e9diaire et le salari\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les licenci\u00e9s auront donc des comp\u00e9tences de gestion administrative des salari\u00e9s, ainsi que des comp\u00e9tences techniques, juridiques, de communication et informatiques en lien avec la GRH.<\/p>\n<p>La licence professionnelle se veut comme polyvalente pour garantir l\u2019employabilit\u00e9 des \u00e9tudiants sur tous les domaines de la gestion des RH (la gestion juridique, paie, recrutement, motivation, GPEC, politique de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, formation, gestion du rendement, gestion administrative, gestion de conflit, management interculturel, gestion d\u00e9localis\u00e9e, communication interne, gestion des personnels d\u00e9tach\u00e9s et\/ou expatri\u00e9s, relations, sociale, contr\u00f4le de gestion sociale, gestion du contrat de travail , gestion des d\u00e9part, bilans, entretiens, gestion et pr\u00e9vention des risques, relations sociales, conditions de travail, hygi\u00e8ne et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail, accueil et int\u00e9gration, planification des RH, culture d\u2019entreprise, gestion du changement, m\u00e9thodes et d\u00e9veloppement et organisationnels, \u00a0etc.)<\/p>\n<p>Les d\u00e9bouch\u00e9s de la formation sont en priorit\u00e9 une insertion dans le monde du
