O tempo gasto nas escolas \u00e9 adaptado para permitir que os alunos combinem seus estudos universit\u00e1rios com seu contrato de AED. Os alunos recrutados s\u00e3o supervisionados no campo por um tutor, que \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por orient\u00e1-los \u00e0 medida que assumem gradualmente suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es de ensino, e na universidade por um mentor, que \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por monitorar o bom andamento do programa e, em especial, por garantir que o treinamento universit\u00e1rio seja adequadamente combinado com o tempo gasto nas escolas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h3>As tarefas confiadas aos alunos recrutados<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Em L2: observa\u00e7\u00f5es, assist\u00eancia ocasional com sequ\u00eancias, participa\u00e7\u00e3o na ajuda com a li\u00e7\u00e3o de casa, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Na L3: participa\u00e7\u00e3o em suporte personalizado, assist\u00eancia ocasional com sequ\u00eancias de ensino sob a responsabilidade do professor da classe, participa\u00e7\u00e3o em ajuda com a li\u00e7\u00e3o de casa, etc.<\/li>\n<li>No M1 MEEF: o aluno receber\u00e1 responsabilidade parcial pelas sequ\u00eancias de ensino, especialmente como substituto de professores na escola.<\/li>\n<li>No M2 MEEF: o aluno tem total responsabilidade e fica encarregado de uma aula por 6 horas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Condi\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Comprovante de matr\u00edcula em L2 no in\u00edcio do ano acad\u00eamico de 2023-2024 na Universidade da Guiana<\/li>\n<li>Ter adquirido 60 cr\u00e9ditos ECTS como parte de um diploma de bacharel\u00a0<em>(como o requisito de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de cr\u00e9ditos \u00e9 avaliado no momento em que o contrato de pr\u00e9-profissionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o entra em vigor, as fases de recrutamento podem, portanto, envolver alunos que estejam no processo de obten\u00e7\u00e3o de cr\u00e9ditos que lhes permitam atingir o limite de 60 cr\u00e9ditos ECTS).<\/em><\/li>\n<li>A chamada para inscri\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e1 aberta a todos os alunos, com ou sem bolsas. Os contratos de treinamento pr\u00e9-profissional s\u00e3o por um per\u00edodo de tr\u00eas anos (com a possibilidade de estender o contrato por mais um ano, sujeito \u00e0 aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do comit\u00ea, para M2).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A candidatura \u00e9 examinada por um comit\u00ea de ensino conjunto da Universidade e da Reitoria, que emite um parecer sobre a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o e a aptid\u00e3o. Em seguida, o pedido \u00e9 avaliado para determinar se \u00e9 eleg\u00edvel para um contrato de trabalho. Depois que a inscri\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 validada, o aluno recebe um contrato de pr\u00e9-profissionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e9 hospedado em um centro de treinamento de 1<sup>er<\/sup>\u00a0ou 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0grau. O contrato come\u00e7a em 1\u00ba de setembro de 2023. Essa atribui\u00e7\u00e3o a uma escola ou faculdade n\u00e3o altera a forma como o conhecimento necess\u00e1rio para validar o diploma \u00e9 testado, nem a obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de assistir \u00e0s aulas. Os termos e condi\u00e7\u00f5es de emprego s\u00e3o compat\u00edveis com o treinamento universit\u00e1rio, e os AEDs seguem todo o seu treinamento na universidade com a obriga\u00e7\u00e3o estrita de assistir a todas as aulas, tutoriais e trabalhos pr\u00e1ticos.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ug_container-yellow\"><strong>O que voc\u00ea precisa saber:<\/strong> voc\u00ea n\u00e3o pode escolher onde ser\u00e1 colocado, pois as escolas nem sempre est\u00e3o localizadas perto de onde voc\u00ea mora.<\/div>\n<h3><strong>Remunera\u00e7\u00e3o (sal\u00e1rio l\u00edquido mensal)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>L2: \u20ac1,100<\/li>\n<li>L3: \u20ac1,400<\/li>\n<li>M1: \u20ac1,440<\/li>\n<li>M2: \u20ac1,440<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"ug_container-red\"><strong>Essa remunera\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser combinada com uma bolsa de estudos baseada em crit\u00e9rios sociais<\/strong><\/div>\n<h3><strong>Casos especiais<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>O recrutamento para o esquema de pr\u00e9-profissionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do AED n\u00e3o est\u00e1 aberto a alunos que estejam ingressando (ou j\u00e1 estejam cursando) L3 e M1.<\/li>\n<li>Estudantes internacionais: n\u00e3o h\u00e1 exig\u00eancia de nacionalidade para ser recrutado como funcion\u00e1rio contratado.
