Durante esse per\u00edodo, \u00e9 importante reservar um tempo para si mesmo, fazer atividades de que goste, que o fa\u00e7am se sentir bem, que o relaxem e recarreguem suas baterias. \u00c9 por isso que a SUMPPS est\u00e1 oferecendo aos alunos uma semana para refletir, descobrir, relaxar e, acima de tudo, aprender a cuidar de si mesmos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div id=\"lipsum\">\n<h3><strong>Workshops para todos os gostos<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Workshop de tai chi<br \/>\n<\/strong>Derivado das artes marciais, o tai chi \u00e9 uma disciplina f\u00edsica que faz parte da medicina tradicional chinesa. \u00c9 uma forma abrangente de gin\u00e1stica energ\u00e9tica que envolve movimentos circulares cont\u00ednuos, executados lenta e precisamente em uma ordem preestabelecida. Ele ajuda voc\u00ea a se tornar mais consciente de si mesmo por meio de uma abordagem interna e a se reenergizar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Workshop de shiatsu e do-in<br \/>\n<\/strong>Shiatsu e DO-in s\u00e3o t\u00e9cnicas de massagem e automassagem. Essas massagens ajudam a controlar o estresse e a restaurar a energia. Essas s\u00e3o artes asi\u00e1ticas de \"sa\u00fade\" que t\u00eam suas ra\u00edzes na medicina tradicional chinesa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Workshop de Reflexologia<br \/>\n<\/strong>A reflexologia \u00e9 uma t\u00e9cnica manual que libera as faculdades de autorregula\u00e7\u00e3o e autocura do corpo nos p\u00e9s, nas m\u00e3os ou no rosto. Cada zona reflexa corresponde a um \u00f3rg\u00e3o, gl\u00e2ndula ou parte do corpo. Ao aplicar press\u00e3o r\u00edtmica nessas zonas, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel localizar a tens\u00e3o e restaurar o equil\u00edbrio das partes correspondentes do corpo. Essa pr\u00e1tica pode aliviar a tens\u00e3o, o estresse e muitos outros males (dores nas costas, dores de cabe\u00e7a, problemas intestinais etc.).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ioga nidra<br \/>\n<\/strong>Esse workshop inclui ioga:<br \/>\nPr\u00e1ticas simples de conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o da respira\u00e7\u00e3o. Posturas espec\u00edficas de ioga ben\u00e9ficas para a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o. T\u00e9cnicas duplas de ioga e relaxamento, algumas das quais permitem que o corpo adorme\u00e7a enquanto a mente permanece acordada em imobilidade (isso \u00e9 ioga do sono), o que \u00e9 altamente ben\u00e9fico na luta contra o estresse, a falta de autoconfian\u00e7a e a ins\u00f4nia.
