Any public or private site is authorised to establish, without prior authorisation, a link to the information published on www.univ-guyane.fr

The creation of hypertext links to the University of Guyana's websites is free provided that it does not harm the material or moral interests of the Ministry and that it does not create confusion as to the source of the services and/or content.

Public data held or produced by the University of Guyana not covered by the previous articles are made available by default under the terms of the open licence.

Brands
The logos appearing on the site are trademarks registered with the INPI and, as such, are protected by industrial property rights. Any total or partial reproduction of these trademarks or logos from elements of the site without the express authorisation of the administration is therefore strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement within the meaning of the intellectual property code.

The University of Guyana respects the provisions protecting human rights and fundamental freedoms, the protection of personal data and its free circulation, as well as Community Directive no. 95/46 and Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms.

The University of Guyana has carried out the declaratory procedures relating to the implementation of automated processing of personal data with the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés.
