- In local companies : A large number of companies in French Guiana are recruiting students for a variety of jobs, including sales, catering and entertainment. These jobs offer immersion in the world of work, while fitting in with your study schedule.

Where can I find offers?
- The Job Placement Office (BAIP) The BAIP helps you find a student job or a civic service assignment. It offers a dedicated platform for consulting vacancies on and off campus, as well as workshops to help you optimise your application (CV, covering letter, interview preparation).
- Job dating events : Organised in partnership with local companies, these events provide an opportunity to meet recruiters directly and apply for jobs on the spot.
- Online platforms The university regularly posts vacancies on its website (Employment section). You can also consult specialised sites such as Pôle Emploi or LinkedIn.
Conditions and balance
As a student, you can work up to 964 hours a year (around 20 hours a week). The jobs offered by the university are designed to respect your academic rhythm and avoid any overload. International students can also work in France under certain conditions, including being enrolled in a higher education establishment and holding a valid residence permit.
