Registrations should be open on WebITRF from 2 April (12:00 - Paris time) to 30 April (12:00 - Paris time), the closing date for registration registers and the deadline for sending applications by post, as evidenced by the postmark.

Applying as a temporary employee at the University of Guyana

Two new IT tools have been put at your disposal to dematerialise, simplify and improve the management of your shifts at the University of Guyana (UG).

1. Applying to the UG

Submit your application by clicking here.

On eCandidat-vac, complete only the following 4 sections: Personal details, Address, Baccalaureate and Applications.

You will need the 4 items below:

  • Cover letter
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Valid identity document
  • Highest diploma in the desired field of work

This stage does not give you the status of temporary employee and does not yet authorise you to carry out temporary work. You will only be authorised to do temporary work if you have signed a temporary work contract twice.

2. Activate your UG digital account

This is an important step. It will enable you to obtain your UG identifier and create your password to access the next stage, as well as the school's digital teaching tools.

3. Create and track your UG vacation file via OSE

Put together and track your UG vacation file via OSE*.
To create your electronic file and check the status of your holiday payments in real time, log on to https://ose.univ-guyane.fr.

*OSE (Organisation des Services d'Enseignement) is the application that accompanies you during your period of work experience at the Université de Guyane, in all the components and shared services in which you work...

OSE allows you to :

  • Provide your personal details, supporting documents and projected and actual lessons in electronic form
  • Issue your shift contract, after approval by the relevant authorities,
  • Request payment for teaching hours completed, once the attendance sheets and marks have been sent and validated.
