Public procurement

The Financial Affairs Department awards contracts for works, supplies and services for the University, in compliance with the rules of the Public Procurement Code. Public contracts are drawn up in several stages. Firstly, an analysis of the University's needs is carried out. Based on the needs identified in the analysis, specifications are drawn up. Once the specifications have been validated, purchases are advertised and tender committees are set up. Finally, the performance of the selected suppliers is monitored.
