After the start of the new academic year, which was marked by a spirit of integration and conviviality, the students of the University of Guyana gradually returned to their respective departments.
These events, organised at the various sites in Cayenne, Saint-Laurent du Maroni and Kourou, gave students the opportunity to find out more about their course of study, the people in charge of teaching and the support services available. This new academic year is part of a collective movement supported by the University's governance, under the impetus of its President, Laurent Linguet, who is working alongside the teaching teams to support students throughout their studies.
