Student Life Observatory (OVE)
The main objective of the OVE at the University of Guyana is to analyse, by means of qualitative and quantitative studies, the career path of students, from their entry into university to their professional integration. This information is used to support the strategic management of the university and is a source of information for students.
The department's mission is to provide reliable information to our audiences (high school and university students, graduates and employers) on the professional integration of our graduates, the training pathways followed by our students and their living conditions. It also participates in the construction of indicators for use by course managers and the University's management teams during degree accreditation and communication campaigns.
