Objectives
- Acquire the knowledge and skills needed to manage all tropical diseases in children, in terms of diagnosis, treatment and prevention.
- Understanding the specific nature of health problems in particularly vulnerable children

Acquiring and developing the theoretical and practical knowledge needed to care for and monitor children in tropical environments:
- Monitoring healthy children
- Monitoring vulnerable children
- Diagnosis of pathologies
- Therapeutic management

Access to the DU :
This course is aimed at :
- French and foreign medical doctors
- French and foreign doctors of pharmacy
- Paediatricians, infectious diseases specialists, general practitioners, public health doctors, pharmacists
- Interns in paediatrics, infectious diseases, general medicine, public health and pharmacy from the 5th semester.

- EU 2 Parasitic and mycotic diseases: 15 hours

- UE 4 Non-infectious diseases: 48 hours
- EU 5 Introduction to epidemiology and clinical research: 12 hours
- EU 6 Work placement: 35 hours
