Le QVCT-Prévention RPS steering committee plays a key role. It assesses improvement projects, monitors their implementation and plays an active role in preventing psychosocial risks.
Understanding psychosocial risks (PSR)
The psychosocial risks (RPS) refer to the negative impact of work on mental, physical and social health. According to the report by the Collège d'expertise Gollac, six main factors have been identified:
- Work demands and intensity
- Emotional demands
- Lack of autonomy
- Quality of working relationships
- Conflicting values
- Job insecurity
Manifestations of RPS
RPS can be seen in :
- Stress Imbalance between work constraints and available resources.
- Internal violence moral or sexual harassment, exacerbated conflicts.
- External violence assault, threats or insults by third parties.
These risks may arise from the activity itself or from the way the work is organised.
