Ouverture des demandes de bourses et logements universitaires

From 15 January to 31 May 2017, all students wishing to continue their studies next academic year at a higher education institution in the French West Indies and French Guiana or in mainland France must apply for a grant and/or accommodation.

Apply for a grant now

Applications for scholarships must be made before the final exams and before you have decided on your future course of study. So don't wait to apply!
PLEASE NOTE: each student may submit only one application, even if they are applying for admission to more than one establishment or applying for more than one grant, regardless of the academy in which they are studying.

From now on, all you need to do to create your Student Social File is log on to étudiant.gouv.fr via www.crous-antillesguyane.fr. The file will be sent to you by email as an attachment. You should check it, completing or modifying it if necessary. Return the signed application form, together with all the supporting documents requested, to the following address:

DSE - CROUS ANTILLES GUYANE
BP 2100
97193 JARRY CEDEX
Important: this address applies to all three regions (Guadeloupe, Martinique and French Guiana). Applications must not be returned to CROUS or CLOUS.

Social grants: for whom?

To be eligible for financial aid from the Ministry of Higher Education and Research or the Ministry of Culture and Communication, you must be under 28 on 1 September of the academic year and be studying in a course that is eligible for grants. Grants are awarded on the basis of three criteria: income for tax purposes, the number of dependent children for tax purposes in the family and the distance from the place of study.

Based on these factors, a national scale is used to allocate financial aid to students. To help you assess your chances of receiving a grant based on social criteria for 2016-2017, a grant simulator is available.

Fill in all the sections and run the calculation. Depending on the result, apply for your 2016-2017 grant online or directly on the Student Life portal.
