From 15 January to 31 May 2018, all students and future students who wish to receive a grant or accommodation at the start of the new academic year must enter their Student Social File (Dossier Social Etudiant).
L n application for a grant and/or accommodation must be made even before you have sat your final exams or chosen your future course of study. This is done via the Dossier Social Etudiant (Student Social File), which allows you to make up to 4 wishes in different académies. Each student can only submit a single application, even if they are applying for admission to more than one establishment or applying for more than one grant, regardless of the area in which they are studying.
How to compile my student social file (DSE)
If you are a student, you must complete your application by logging on to messervices.etudiant.gouv.fror via the Crous des Antilles et de la Guyane website. Fill in your student social file (DSE) online, providing your family's 2015 tax assessment for 2014 and your national student identifier (INE), which can be found on your transcript of marks for the early bac exams or your student card.
- The grant application is entered by clicking on the "enter EHR" box.
- Apply for university residence accommodation using the "Find accommodation in a Crous residence" tool.
The pre-filled application form will be sent to you by e-mail as an attachment.
You must check it, completing or modifying it if necessary. Then return the signed file with all supporting documents can only be requested from the following address
