Agathe et Michel gagnants du concours régional MT180S

The 4th edition of the MT180S regional competition took place on Thursday 29 March 2018. For the first time, two winners were chosen to go off and represent the University of Guyana at nationals.

N e would like to congratulate our 8 doctoral students on their participation and performances: Moustapha ALADJI, Axel CARDAN, Agathe CHAVY, Lechby FRANCOIS, Soushieta JAGADESH, Gina-Laure LAGHOE-NGUEMBE, Michel RAPINSKI, Laure TARCY, Clara ZAREMSKI.

  • The Jury Prize was awarded to Michel RAPINSKI, a doctoral student at the LEEISA laboratory, under the supervision of Alain CUERRIER and Damien DAVY.
  • The Public Prize was awarded to Agathe CHAVY, a doctoral student at the EPAT Laboratory and the Institut Pasteur, under the supervision of Benoît DE THOISY and Ghislaine PREVOT.
  • The Coup de Coeur prize was awarded to Clara ZAREMSKI, a doctoral student at CIRAD, under the supervision of Nadine AMUSANT and Marc DUCOUSSO.

Michel RAPINSKI and Agathe CHAVY represented the University of Guyana at the national semi-finals held in Paris on 5 and 6 April. We congratulate them on having passed this stage honourably. Unfortunately, they were not selected for the national final, which will take place in Paris in June.
