On Thursday 19 November 2020, users and staff of the DFR SANTE are invited to appoint their representatives to the component's board. The elections will take place from 9am to 1pm in Cayenne, at Campus de Troubiran-Salle P2 du DFR Santé - Bâtiment I.
Q hat is the role of the DFR SANTE Council?
The DFR SANTE Council deliberates on all matters concerning the activity of the DFR SANTE and its development, particularly in the following areas:
Institutional issues :
- Election of the Director and Deputy Director of the Department
- Vote on the DFR SANTE bylaws and internal regulations
Questions relating to the general organisation and operation of the DFR SANTE :
- Revision of the workforce following consultations
- Budget vote
- Opinions on agreements
- Defining relations and links with French and foreign academic and non-academic bodies...
Questions relating to training and educational affairs :
- Definition of the department's general policy: teaching methods, organisation of courses, assessment procedures, post-graduate teaching, etc.
Who can vote?
Staff and students of the DFR SANTE who are regularly registered on the electoral roll.
A request for registration or rectification can be made using the form available in the list of documents to download.
If you are unable to vote, you can collect a proxy form from the contact persons named below. If you are unable to collect the form in person, please contact them or send a message to the generic address : electionssante@univ-guyane.fr.
Which seats are up for grabs?
- College A University professors - hospital practitioners and assimilated staff within the meaning of article D 719-4 of the Education Code, DFR : 4 seats
- College B Lecturers and similar staff at the DFR : 1 seat
- College COther categories of teaching staff (temporary lecturers, heads of clinics) at the DFR : 1 seat
- College D DFR administrative, technical and service staff : 1 seat
- College E PASS and PACES users (students) : 1 seat
- College FHospital practitioner with accreditation to train interns : 1 seat
How do I apply?
Candidatures are presented in the form of a list alternating one candidate of each sex per college (except if only one seat is to be filled). The forms provided for this purpose must be completed, accompanied by the required documents and submitted in accordance with the procedures set out in the order, before 12 noon on 12 November 2020 at the latest.
It is recommended that candidates submit their applications before 12 noon on 9 November 2020, so that the Consultative Electoral Committee can examine their admissibility before 12 November 2020 (deadline for submitting or rectifying lists).
It is also advisable to take account of delivery times for registered letters.
