Les entrep’2021, félicitations à l’équipe de Rolème Goudet

Rolème Goudet's team, made up of 4 other students, all third-year AES undergraduates, reached the final of the Les Entrep' 2021 project competition. We congratulate them on their performance.

5 of our 3th year AES students, Roleme GOUDET, Maculeux JOSEPH, Tabitha JN PHILLIPE, Jeanguy HYPPOLITE and Vercius Roosseley CONSOLE, took part in this year's Les Entrep' 2021 programme (www.lesentrep.fr). They did an excellent job developing a 5-month business project called "Poulet du littoral", which involved producing local organic chicken. Thanks to this project, they have distinguished themselves by winning the regional Entrep' prize. A well-deserved reward! They represented the University of French Guiana against 14 other French campuses at the national finals, held by videoconference on 27 May 2021. Even though they didn't make it onto the podium, we congratulate them on their hard work and commitment.

Les entrep': a full programme
Supported by Réseau Entreprendre French GuianaLes Entrep' is an innovative programme run by business leaders. The idea is to test entrepreneurship by using the techniques taught to them and applying them in the field to create a business.100% programme outside the walls of the University and free of charge, Les Entrep' offers students the opportunity to lead a project to create a business or start-up in a multi-skilled team for 5 months.

The competition is open to anyone under the age of 30, including young unemployed graduates and post-baccalaureate students, whatever their course of study or year of study. As part of the programme, teams benefit from support and advice from professionals, a real asset for participants, who can develop new entrepreneurial skills, test the feasibility of their project and create a professional network. As well as an exciting personal experience, participation in the Les Entrepreneuriales programme, validated by an attestation and certification of the 6 entrepreneurial soft skills acquired during the course, enables students to attract the attention of future recruiters by including this experience in their CVs.

Congratulations and thank you to this fine team, who flew the colours of the University of Guyana!
