Looking for a job while you study? Want to become a teacher? Then the pre-professionalisation programme is for you. This course gives you a gradual entry into the teaching profession from the second year of your degree (L2), thanks to support.
Have you thought about pre-professional training to become a teacher?
- It enables you to make a gradual entry into the teaching profession, with appropriate support and responsibility.
- You will receive financial support, with a three-year work contract starting at L2, to ensure that you have a secure career path until you sit the competitive recruitment exams.
This contract allows you to alternate university training with immersion in the classroom supervised by a teacher tutor. The time spent in the classroom is progressive. To ensure that the performance of your duties remains compatible with individual success, working time in the school or establishment is limited to 8 hours a week. (including 6 hours in an establishment or school and 2 hours per week of teaching provided by the INSPE, in accordance with the ministerial reform, at the UG).
What will you be doing during your contract?
- In L2 : observations, occasional assistance with sequences, participation in homework help,
- In L3 : idem L2 and participation in personal support, occasional interventions in teaching sequences under the responsibility of the teacher,
- In M1 MEEF : idem L3 and full responsibility for teaching sequences, in particular replacing teachers in the school or establishment
Educational access conditions
- have a BAC+1 level
- good academic results
- have a career plan to enter a teaching competition
Administrative access conditions
- meet the conditions of eligibility for this contract (decree no. 86-83 of 17 January 1986 relating to the general provisions applicable to contractual State employees taken for the application of articles 7 and 7 bis of law no. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 on the statutory provisions relating to the State civil service)
- have a clean criminal record
- register at the same time on the following sites Ecandidat and SIATEN before 6 June and provide the required documents
How much will you be paid?
- As an educational assistant :
- In L2 1030.56 € net monthly
- In L3 : 1361.37 € net monthly
- In M1 MEEF : 1385.21 €
This remuneration can be combined with a higher education grant.
