Before enrolling at the University of Guyana, you must pay the Student and Campus Life Contribution (CVEC). This crucial step is compulsory for all students, except those enrolled in continuing education.

Registration dates vary depending on your year of study:

  • From 11 July Registration of first-year students (Licence 1, Bachelor 1 and Master 1).
  • From 18 July Enrolment of students in their second and third years of study, as well as Professional Licences (Licence 2-3, Bachelor 2 and Master 2).

Please note that all online registration platforms will be closed from 27 July 2024 to 25 August 2024 included. It is therefore important to respect these dates to guarantee your enrolment at the Université de Guyane.

Registration for new students

If you do not have a student number, you must use the following link to register: new students. This link will take you to the dedicated platform where you can complete your registration as a new member of the university community.

Re-enrolment or repetition

If you already have a student number, use the following link to re-register: re-registration. This stage is essential for students who wish to continue their studies or who have to repeat a year.

Submission of registration form

Once you have completed your initial registration, you will need to submit your supporting documents online. This is done via the dedicated platform accessible here : file application. Make sure that all your documents are complete and in order to avoid any delay in validating your registration.

Attention to crucial details

Your registration will only be definitive once your file has been checked and the registration fee has been paid. Payment must be made online. No cash payments will be accepted. In addition, no registration will be authorised outside the dedicated period and without the CVEC certificate. It is therefore essential to prepare all the necessary documents in advance to ensure a smooth registration process.
