On Thursday 20 March 2025, users and staff of the Medical and Health Sciences Training and Research Unit (UFR SMS) are invited to appoint their representatives to the unit's board.
The elections will take place from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. on :
- Cayenne (Campus Troubiran, room BSC001 in building I of the UFR SMS) - all secondary schools
- Kourou (Campus Bois-Chaudat, room KGSR001) - college C and P
- Saint-Laurent du Maroni (PPPLUS - 35 rue Justin CATAYÉE - room 1 in Saint-Laurent du Maroni) - collèges B,C,D,P
What is the role of the UFR SMS board?
The UFR Council deliberates on all matters relating to the activity and development of this training and research component.
Who can vote?
Staff and students of the component who are regularly registered on the electoral roll. A request for registration or rectification can be made on the form available in the list of documents to download. If you are unable to vote, you can obtain a proxy form from the university's legal affairs department. If you are unable to collect this form in person, please contact them or send a message to the generic address : electionsSMS2025@univ-guyane.fr.
Which seats are up for grabs?
- College A University professors - hospital practitioners and similar staff: 4 seats
- College B UFR teacher-researchers, teachers and researchers excluding professors and similar staff : 4 seats
- College CUFR administrative, technical and service staff : 2 seats
- College E Users (students): 4 full seats and 4 alternate seats
- College FNon-academic Hospital Practitioners responsible for departments with internal training accreditation : 2 seats
How do I apply?
Candidatures are presented in the form of a list alternating one candidate of each sex per college (except if only one seat is to be filled). The forms provided for this purpose must be completed, accompanied by the required documents and submitted in accordance with the procedures set out in the order, before 11 March 2025, 5.00 p.m. at the latest.
