Pint of Science 2025 in Cayenne: Palm trees, Guyana's green treasures, take centre stage!

On 20 May 2025, the international science festival Pint of Science is coming to Cayenne for an immersive, fun-filled event on the theme of "Palm trees, the green treasures of French Guiana". Come along to the Bar Coco Soda (route de Montabo) from 5.30pm to 10pm for an extraordinary scientific experience, full of discoveries, exchanges and good humour!

What is the Pint of Science?

The concept is simple: take science to the bar and make it accessible to everyone. There's no need for white coats or technical jargon: here, researchers talk to the public in a relaxed, interactive atmosphere.
The Pint of Science Guyane 2025 is also a time for socialising and getting to know each other. After the presentations, you can continue your discussions with the speakers over a drink in the warm atmosphere of the Bar Coco Soda. Whether you're a student, nature lover, science enthusiast, curious or just love a good atmosphere, this is the evening for you!
