Élections du 21 & 28 mars 2023

On 21 and 28 March, it will be time to elect the people who want to sit on the boards and take part in the decisions that will affect INSPE, the doctoral school, the SJE, LSH and ST departments, the MINEA laboratory, the Kourou IUT, the CFA U and SUAPS.

E n view of the call for action on pension reform on 28 March, the elections for the MINÉA laboratory, the INSPÉ and the LSH, ST and SJE training and research departments have been postponed to the same date. 29 March. They will take place at the INSPE cultural centre from 8.00 am to 3.00 pm and the votes will be counted afterwards.

21 March : Doctoral school Kourou IUT, CFA U and SUAPS
29 March : MINEA INSPE, LSH, ST and SJE

Who can join these councils?
People appointed or elected to defend the interests of those who belong to the same groups (colleges) as them.

Doctoral school: Doctoral students: (3 full members and 3 alternates) Kourou IUT: Users (students): (2 full members and 2 alternates) CFA U: Work-study delegates (1 full member and 1 alternate)

SUAPS: Representatives of students enrolled at SUAPS (2 full members and 2 alternates) Representatives of the UG sports association
(1 full member and 1 deputy)

YES if you are registered with the component, structure or department concerned.

  • INSPE : Employees and/or users
  • DFR LSH: Staff and/or users
  • DFR ST: Staff and/or users

  • DFR SANTE: Staff and/or users

Can I vote?
YES, if you are registered on the electoral rolls (lists of people who can vote) or if you meet the conditions for inclusion on these rolls.

Giving a proxy

Who can donate it?
Voters (people on the electoral roll).

Who should I give it to?
A person registered on the same electoral roll.

How do you give it away?
Apply for a numbered form and enclose proof of identity. Complete the numbered form sent by the DAJ and return it no later than 12.00 noon on the day before the ballot.

How do I vote?

  1. Proof of identity and registration on an electoral roll.
  2. Take an envelope + the ballot papers for each list
  3. In the polling booth, place only the ballot paper of your choice in the envelope.
  4. Put your envelope in the ballot box and sign the voters' list.

Who can vote?
The voters.

Where can I vote?
In the polling stations (rooms at the University set aside for the elections) indicated in the order organising the elections.

When should you vote?
Polling day: election day for a college during the scheduled hours.

If only one person is to be elected: the individual nomination form
If at least two people are to be elected: the list nomination form + the individual nomination form for each person on the list

*For users where a full member is to be elected, the list application form will be used to enter the name of the substitute member.
