CADAM - Cahiers de l'Amazonie
Scientific journal produced by the MINEA Research Unit (Migration, Interculturality and Education in Amazonia) at the University of Guyana. It provides an academic space dedicated to analysing the contemporary dynamics of Amazonia and the Caribbean.
As part of a multidisciplinary approach, the journal brings together works from the human and social sciences: law, history, geography, literature, sociology, economics, anthropology and educational sciences. Its aim is to shed light on the political, social, cultural and environmental changes taking place in these areas.
Cahiers de l'Amazonie pays particular attention to issues relating to migration, the reshaping of identities, environmental protection, tangible and intangible heritage and democratic change in the Amazonian and Caribbean region.
Through research articles, book reviews, publication summaries and thematic bibliographies, CADAM contributes to the dissemination of scientific knowledge and academic dialogue on the realities and challenges specific to these regions.
