On the menu for the day: knowledge, meetings and sugar-free chocolate!
Who says healthy food can't be tasty? From 9h15, Baudelaire Vilmé will prove us wrong with its conference on the sugar-free chocolate for diabetics. You read that right: sugar-free chocolate! You don't have to be diabetic to appreciate this delicious invention, which could well change the way you look at sweets.
Then, at 10h00We're going from sweet to... naturally sweet! Yaovi Tabiou will take you into the world of bees with its scientific pitch on the wonders of honey from French Guiana. This local nectar with its exceptional virtues is sure to make you dream of honey pots full of honey!
And for those who prefer to get their hands dirty, go to 10h30 for a practical workshop hosted by Yana Wassai on the awara transformation. Awara, the little pearl of French Guiana, will be at the heart of this culinary demonstration. Be warned: you might want to start processing local fruit as soon as you get home!
