Objectives
The banking and insurance sector is undergoing a two-fold transformation: the digitalisation of customer relations (data, AI, cross-channel) and the tightening of regulatory requirements (duty to advise, compliance, anti-money laundering, data protection). Employers are looking for versatile customer advisers who are ready to start work immediately and possess the professional qualifications required for sales (IAS, IOBSP).
The Bachelor’s degree in Insurance and Banking Customer Service (CCAB) enables students to:
- To develop and retain a portfolio of clients in the insurance and banking sectors; ;
- Conducting needs assessments, advising on and selling banking, insurance and financial products tailored to the customer’s profile; ;
- To ensure the day-to-day management of operations and customer satisfaction, whilst maintaining compliance and managing risks; ;
- Harnessing digital tools (data, AI, CRM, cross-channel) to drive sales performance and enhance customer relations; ;
- Integrating inclusion (disability issues) and CSR into business practice.
The course is delivered as a 100 % work-study programme over twelve months. The programme is structured into three skill modules, supplemented by a cross-disciplinary foundation (orientation, soft skills), integration workshops and a final assessment (professional dissertation and oral presentation).
