Objectives
The education, training and social action professions and the demand for research in these fields have grown considerably over the last ten years. The issues specific to French Guiana require it to have a certain number of specialists, managers and operators in these fields.
The aim of this course is to train staff capable of managing, developing and implementing projects based on public and social policies relating to social action, support and the social and professional integration of young people in difficulty within the framework of various institutional systems: social action, urban policies, employment and skills policy, information and guidance policies.
Target skills
The skills sought are those relating to the understanding of public and social policies, supervision, guidance and the implementation of actions to support people in difficulty, mastery of systems relating to integration engineering, diagnosis and assistance in setting up training projects or integration and local development programmes.

1era year MASTER :
Cette première année est composée de 8 unités d’enseignements, et d’un volume horaire de 300 heures.
- UEO1 : Épistémologie des sciences humaines et sociales (SHS) : (Coef : 2 ; 20 heures CM ; 16 heures TD)
- UEO2 : Approche théorique, juridique et technique de la question sociale, de l’accompagnement et de l’insertion : (Coef : 2 ; 20 heures CM ; 12 heures TD)
- UEO3 : Méthodologie de la recherche : (Coef : 2 ; 284 heures CM ; 20 heures TD)
- UEO4 : Ingénierie éducative : (Coef : 3 ; 28 heures CM ; 10 heures TD)
- UEP1A : Problématiques de l’insertion et des pratiques professionnelles : (Coef : 4 ; 22 heures CM)
- UEP1B : History of integration and local development: (Coef: 4; 12 hours CM; 8 hours TD)
