On 25 June 2024, the Terrasse du Restaurant Universitaire was the setting for a not-to-be-missed event for students: Student Job Dating. This exceptional day gave them the chance to meet employers from a variety of sectors, creating a unique opportunity to discover a wide range of career prospects.

O rganised to encourage direct encounters between students and recruiters, the Student Job Dating event offered participants the chance to discover a wide range of internships, work-study contracts, seasonal jobs and first jobs. The companies present, such as ARTUS INTERIM, APROSEP, CANALPLUS TELECOM, CCOG, CTG and many others, represented different sectors of activity, enriching students' career prospects.

Each participant benefited from express interviews where they were able to present their skills and career aspirations while expanding their network. This dynamic format enabled students to stand out from the crowd and make valuable contacts with potential recruiters.

The event was particularly appreciated for its friendly, professional atmosphere, where students felt comfortable discussing their future plans openly. Whether exploring new opportunities or realising established career ambitions, Student Job Dating played a crucial role in facilitating these first steps into the world of work.

This intensive but rewarding morning marked a turning point for many students, offering them not only concrete prospects but also valuable experience in the field of recruitment. We hope that this event opened new doors for our students and enabled them to nurture ambitious new professional projects.

Direct exchanges with recruiters gave students the opportunity to ask specific questions about the opportunities available, the skills sought and the prospects for development within companies. This type of dialogue is essential for young people looking to find their way in a constantly changing job market.
