Objectives

The aim of the professional degree in Organisational Management and Administration is to prepare independent, progressive students for managerial positions. The strategy is to provide students with a genuine university career path leading to a professional career. They will become immediately operational middle managers and executives.
The vocational bachelor's degree is designed to be versatile, to ensure that students are employable in all areas of management and cross-functional processes (marketing, financial management, production management, human resources management, strategic management, management of cross-functional activities and support functions such as logistics, quality, entrepreneurship, project management, innovation, corporate social responsibility, legal management, etc.). This degree will also enable students with plans to set up a business to finalise them and acquire the basic knowledge essential for managing a small business.
The first priority is direct entry into the world of work, followed by a Masters degree with validated professional experience.

Admission

Recruitment level : Bac + 2 (120 ECTS)

Accessible in :  work-linked training (apprenticeship or professionalisation contract)

  • DCG Training
  • L2 AES, SEG,
  • Other Bac+2 and equivalent

For certain groups, a VAPP (Validation of Personal and Professional Experience) may be requested before the application is submitted, particularly for holders of professional qualifications or university diplomas (DU).

The course can also be taken under the VAE scheme, subject to application.

Admission requirements :
As selective courses, Professional Licences are national diplomas, with students recruited on the basis of an application and possibly an interview. 20 to 25 places are available per academic session.

Admission is based on a review of the application (CV, covering letter, career plan, baccalaureate transcripts, Bac+2 transcripts, professional experience, VAE, VAPP, etc.).

Registration form:

Application: 1era session between May and June; Possibly a 2th session between July and August depending on places available

Communication of results: end of June for the 1era session and mid-September for the 2ndth session

End of course: end of September

  • UE 51 Fundamentals of accounting, finance and human resources (10 ECTS)
  • UE 52 Strategic management and performance management (7 ECTS)
  • UE 53 Mastering languages and managing information systems (2.5 ECTS)
  • UE 54 Economic, social and legal environment (6 ECTS)
  • UE 55 Marketing and management of cross-functional processes (4.5 ECTS)

Semester 6

(Core curriculum - 30 ECTS)

  • UE 61 Methodology, cross-disciplinary skills and preparation for professional integration (4 ECTS)
  • UE 62 Business Creation, Entrepreneurship and Innovation (6 ECTS)
  • UE 63 Management of cross-functional processes (6 ECTS)
  • UE 64 Tutored project (6 ECTS)
  • UE 65 Company Life Memoir (8 ECTS)

The sandwich course lasts an average of 20 weeks at the IUT and 32 weeks in the company. The total time spent on the course is 528 hours. Each student is supervised by an apprenticeship supervisor in the company and is monitored by a teaching supervisor.
