Component : Kourou IUT
Domain: Law, economics and management
Mention : Professional degree
Speciality: Human Resources Management
Nature : Work-linked diploma course (national diploma)
Output level : Bac + 3
Location: Cayenne
RNCP file : 40110
Objectives
The aim of the course is to train middle managers and immediately operational managers. Personnel coordinators are autonomous managers responsible for coordinating the operational management of employees. Rapidly changing regulations (social dialogue, training, types of employment contract, overtime, etc.) and more individualised management of employees are making administrative procedures more complex, requiring technicians specialised in the regular management of all these aspects (from drafting employment contracts to the final settlement of accounts, including drawing up pay slips, managing working hours and monitoring personnel files). These personnel coordinators act as the interface between management, middle management and the employee.
Licensees will therefore have skills in the administrative management of employees, as well as technical, legal, communication and IT skills related to HRM.
The professional degree is designed to be multi-skilled in order to guarantee the employability of students in all areas of HR management (legal management, payroll, recruitment, motivation, GPEC, remuneration policy, training, performance management, administrative management, conflict management, intercultural management, delocalised management, internal communication, management of seconded and/or expatriate staff, relations, social, social management control, employment contract management, departure management, assessments, interviews, risk management and prevention, social relations, working conditions, health and safety at work, induction and integration, HR planning, corporate culture, change management, organisational methods and development, etc.)
The first priority of the course is to enable students to enter the world of work directly, with the possibility of continuing on to a Master's degree with validated professional experience at a later stage.
