Objectives

The PREP’Alternance programme, launched by the University of French Guiana, is an innovative educational initiative designed to support students wishing to enrol on a work-study programme. Its main aim is to enable participants to develop the personal and professional skills essential to their future success.

Focusing on personal development and soft skills, this programme aims to help learners recognise their strengths, develop the soft skills essential in the world of work, adapt their professional approach to different contexts, and expand their professional network.

We prioritise an active and engaging approach to learning, encouraging participants to get involved through methods inspired by neuroscience and personal development.
