The PREP’Alternance programme, launched by the University of French Guiana, is an innovative educational initiative designed to support students wishing to enrol on a work-study programme. Focusing on personal development and soft skills, this programme aims to help learners recognise their strengths, develop the soft skills essential in the world of work, adapt their professional approach to different contexts, and expand their professional network.
