Objectives
The aim of the course is to prepare trainees for a career as a site supervisor specialising in fit-out and finishing works. On completion of the course, trainees will be able to work on all stages of a construction project, from analysing tender documents through to the handover of the works and managing the warranty of satisfactory completion.

Year 1
- Mastering the basic skills: French, applied mathematics, digital skills,
- Analyse tender documents and draw up technical and financial proposals,
- Preparing and planning the organisation of construction sites,
- Understanding the legal and regulatory framework for the construction industry,
- To develop professional communication skills and teamwork.
Year 2
- Manage, coordinate and supervise construction sites
- Ensuring quality, safety and environmental compliance
- Using digital tools and BIM for site management
- Leading a supervised project independently and as part of a team
- Putting skills into practice on a real-life construction site (work placement)
Closing a project, managing outstanding issues and final documentation
Admission
Recruitment level : A good command of French (reading, writing and speaking) and basic arithmetic, as well as knowledge of Excel, are required.

Programme
The course runs over two years, totalling 1,330 hours, and comprises:
- 50 hours of refresher training aimed at standardising knowledge; ;
- 322 hours of work placement (approximately 9 to 10 weeks); ;
- A supervised project carried out independently and as part of a team.
