Objectives
- To provide a solid theoretical and practical grounding in physics, analogue and digital electronics, automation, electrical energy and information technology.
- To facilitate integration into the industrial world, a large number of projects and practical work are offered, as well as a 4-week work placement.
- Have the theoretical and practical knowledge needed to follow Masters courses in the field.
- Mastery of the technological tools needed for careers in energy, physical measurement, electrical engineering, signal and image processing and industrial maintenance.
Target skills
- Further study in engineering school or Masters.
- Scientific and technical managers in maintenance of on-board electronic equipment (telephony, automotive, etc.), industrial IT (home automation applications, etc.), microelectronics, robotics or telecommunications.
- Competence in signal and image processing: measurement, analysis and interpretation in the medical or earth observation fields.
- Scientific executives in the energy sector
- Possibility of direct recruitment as a Design Engineer.
Cross-disciplinary skills
- Carry out bibliographical research on a scientific issue
- Write a scientific report, illustrate it using communication media and speak in public.
- Organising a project and building activities
- Use information and communication technologies.
- Read, understand, write and express yourself in English.
Scientific and technical skills
- Mastery of electronics functions (low and high voltage)
- Mastery of the physics and mathematics concepts used in the EEA field
Subject-specific skills
- Proficiency in ORCAD, MATLAB, SIMULINK and LABVIEW.
- Use of advanced C and C++ programming languages
- Knowledge of performance criteria and correction strategies for a regulated system

Accessible in : initial training.
Training required :
In L1: baccalaureate with a good knowledge of mathematics and physical sciences.
Admission requirements :
In L1: sufficient science teaching in the final year.
In L2: CPGE students by application and BTS students by application.
In L3: BUT, bachelor's degree obtained abroad or excellent BTS
Registration form:
In L1: via Parcoursup.
In L2 and L3, via the university website (e-candidate) or applications from candidates from outside the European Union.
