Objectives
The ACAI Master’s in Computer Science – Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity specialisation forms part of an initiative to develop skills in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity in French Guiana. This vocational programme, which is open to work-study arrangements, is designed to support the digital transformation of strategic sectors in the Amazon region. It also aims to foster learning through research and innovation, preparing students to contribute to scientific and technological advances in the fields of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.
The programme draws on practical IT projects in high-stakes fields such as biodiversity and bioresources, environmental protection, tropical health and space, enabling students to apply the skills they have acquired in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity to real-world challenges facing the region.

- To develop digital solutions for the fields of biodiversity, the environment, tropical health and space.

Admission
Recruitment level : Bac + 3 (180 ECTS)
Accessible in :
The programme is mainly work-based. Students who wish to undertake a research project approved by the teaching team (in collaboration with a research laboratory, for example) may follow an initial training programme.
Training required :
The Master’s programme is open to holders of a three-year degree in computer science or a subject compatible with the programme’s entry requirements.
The main profiles we are looking for include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science; ;
- Degree in Networks and Telecommunications, specialising in Cybersecurity; ;
- BUT in Computer Science; ;
- A general or vocational bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent qualification, in the digital sector.

There are 20 places available per academic term.
Registration form:
Once the results have been published on the Mon Master platform, successful candidates are invited to find a host company for their work-study programme. The job description for the proposed role must be submitted to the Master’s programme coordinator for approval.
The course begins in September and ends in August of the following year.

EU Work Placement and Dissertation – 30 ECTS. The work-study programme typically involves two weeks of study at the University of French Guiana followed by two weeks in a company or research laboratory.
